The Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce will be sponsoring a trip to China through Citslinc International, Inc. The trip will start on Oct. 29 and end on Nov. 6, 2009. Citslinc International has over 28 years of experience in the China tour business. To view the brochure for the trip, click here.
The tour will include round trip airfare from New York, all airport taxes, four- and five-star hotel accommodations, three full meals each day, daily sightseeing tours, deluxe bus tours, English speaking guides, admission to tours and attractions and in-country flights for only $1,899 per person (based on double occupancy). Transportation to and from New York is not included.
The deadline to register is July 27, 2009. A $200 registration fee per person is due with your registration. The deadline to have all payments in is July 27, 2009. A single occupancy room will cost an additional $450.
The trip includes sightseeing in Beijing, the capital of China. Tourists will visit Tian An Men Square, the Temple of Heaven, the Forbidden City, Kunming Lake and Longview Hill, Seventeen Arch Bridge, Marble Boat, the Great Wall and the Ming Emperor’s Tombs. A flight to Shanghai allows visitors to see Suzhou and Hangzhou, where they can visit the Lingering Garden, Tiger Hill and Hansham Temple. Tourists will also visit the National Embroidery Institute, the Economic Development Zone and the centuries old
Lingyin Temple in addition to a boat cruise on West Lake.
Securing or updating your passport will be your responsibility along with obtaining a valid Chinese Visa, which Citslinc can handle for you once you register. The cost for the Visa is $145 per person and the deadline for Visas is Sept. 1, 2009.
