Scott Baier, Associate Professor Economics, ClemsonUniversity
Scott Baier joined the faculty at Clemson in 2001 and is a visiting scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank in Atlanta. He served as an economic adviser to the President in 2007-2008. As a member of the Council of Economic Advisers, he provided economic analyses of current events, pending legislation and assisted with the production of the Economic Report of the President. His award-winning research focuses on international trade, and economic growth and development.
